Shipping
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the size of your order. You can view the final shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
International orders outside the European Union, such as Switzerland, Norway and United Kingdom, may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
We also offer a pick-up option. If selected at checkout, you will receive an email to arrange the collection of your order.
Shipping times:
- Previous collection items that remain in stock are ready to ship and dispatched within 4 business days.
- New collection pieces are made to order and require approximately 2 weeks before dispatch.
- Custom pieces require approximately 3–4 weeks for production before shipping.
Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Each item is carefully crafted by hand, which means slight variations in shape, color, and glaze may occur, these are part of the uniqueness and charm of handmade ceramics ♡
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us immediately at pazthebrand@gmail.com if your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong order.
To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging
- Your email address and phone number
